About a month ago I decided that I finally wanted to learn how to knit. I did't want to spend lots of money on buying knitted items, so I started watching YouTube videos and from there taught myself. It was very frustrating at first, but like anything else I told myself I could do it. So far I have made a hat and some headbands.. I can't wait to make the people I love knitted gifts this Christmas! If you're interested in knitting I highly recommend searching YouTube to learn stitches and beginning patterns!

Not going to lie, I am pretty burned out on writing. It’s week six of the semester and I feel uninspired by the crazy amount of things I have been writing for my classes. With that being said, I’m going to start a weekly list of things I’m currently into (and links for you to purchase or learn more about them). Hope you all have a great week!
2. We've been making our own kombucha at home (more on that later). Sometimes I get impatient while it’s fermenting – this is my go-to booch for those times.
3. Eric's birthday is this month so I picked up this whiskey decanter , birthday glass, a pair of Toms, and a Father John Misty print for his office.
4. Currently listening to my favorite band's newest album - I FINALLY got to see them perform live in Detroit last weekend.
5. I'm thinking of making Eric a pancake birthday cake this year... Obviously with chocolate chips, and maybe with some greenery on it, or some cool topper.
